YU SHELF
A furniture system from the side table to the shelving unit
With the YU elements you can design your own furniture. And you can add to it at any time, for example if the bookshelf grows or the coffee table becomes a highboard.
With compartments made of colored coated metal and grooved wooden floors, it is possible to build anything from small individual modules to free-standing room dividers to large shelving units. No tools are required. You put the shelves in the grooves of the floors in the desired direction and build upwards layer by layer.
The multitude of possible combinations means that new, individual furniture solutions are constantly being created. At the same time, YU has an almost iconic character, as the interplay of the cantilevered wooden floors with the differently colored shelves creates an unmistakable design quality.

YU can be put together in a very discreet way, for example completely in white, and is then almost invisible when filled - or it can become the visual focal point of the room through material and color combinations.
The compartments can be attached in all directions, so that the furniture can be used independently of the wall and from all sides. Thanks to the adjustable feet on the base floors, uneven floors can be compensated for with a few simple steps.
The name YU was created during the design process. It describes the shape of the U-shaped shelves and also expresses the concept that you can become the designer of your own shelf. Design your YU!
Highboard, 1 width, three shelves high. Shelves made of MDF with white melamine coating, compartments made of sheet steel powder-coated in beige red, pure white and squirrel grey.
All floors are equipped with guide grooves for the shelves, which continue along the edges and create a graphically striking pattern.

Shelves made of sheet steel, smooth matt powder-coated in the colors pure white, squirrel gray, graphite black, beige red and pastel turquoise. Shelves made of solid oak, glued together with an oiled surface in a natural color and MDF with a white melamine coating.
