From August 25 to 27, 2006, Leise Design together with Spezial Produktgestaltung presented the interactive exhibition project “Frankfurt’s Favorite Places” as part of fresch 2006.

The Frankfurt city map was displayed in a stylized manner on a large-format plateau. Arranged according to the grid squares, 37 lanterns depicted the respective districts.

Despite the predominantly rainy weather, numerous visitors found their way to the City Park in Frankfurt's city center. They enthusiastically searched for and marked their very own favorite place on the district lanterns. This resulted in an "expanding" installation over the three days of the exhibition. It documented the numerous special places visited by visitors and at the same time became a kind of three-dimensional reference work - and finally, after nightfall, bathed the evening hours in atmospheric light with a completely new face.
